I've used lots of hand and power tools to deliver high end products to my clients over a 20 year period. <br><br>As keen as I've always been in my bricks and mortar business, I picked up a few Adobe books about 5 years ago and now converted full time into digital architecture, my real love since the early eighties. We're talking a slightly different strategy, and the learning curve mighty steep, but the payoff is amazing.<br><br>You asked above what "tools" folks are using socially. Only 30% had blogs and only 1/3 of that 30% were actively and consistently blogging

These holistic service professionals are now looking forward to my forthcoming presentation on how to ease into the new media and get comfortable with it.
